摘要: The c-myc oncogene was found to be rearranged in a human cell line of giant carcinoma the lung (C-Lu65) and primary (LuC38C). rearrangements C-Lu65 LuC38C were regions about 7.5kb 6kb, respectively, upstream from transcription initiation site. No rearrangement gene observed non-cancerous portion (LuC38N) patient who carried LuC38C. These results suggest that may play some role tumorigenesis lung.
