摘要: Abstract The present paper discusses a process by which C4 and C5 alkane isomerization may occur at platinum surface. model proposes that the surface precursor is 1,3-diadsorbed with double bond to one carbon atom [e.g., structure (C), Fig. 2], occurs transformation of this bridged (D), 2]. likelihood discussed in terms energy difference between corresponding intermediate. energies were calculated simple Huckel MO method. effect methyl group hyperconjugation on facilitating considered explicitly, while differing electronegativities qualitatively.
