摘要: Human T cell clones were analyzed for their susceptibility to activation-induced death (AICD) in response CD3/T receptor ligation. AICD was observed only Th1 and Fas-mediated, whereas Th2 resisted AICD. Analysis of a panel Th0 clones, characterized by ability secrete both cytokines, revealed that this subset included AICD-sensitive (type A) -resistant B) clones. Resistance Th0-type B not due lack expression either Fas or its ligand. Paradoxically, the AICD-resistant susceptible apoptosis when directly ligated anti-Fas antibodies. However, prior activation resistant monoclonal antibodies CD3/TCR complex induced resistance against Fas-mediated apoptosis. Thus, Fas–FasL pathway is critical induction cells, moreover can be negatively regulated signals are generated from ligation complex.
