摘要: The objective of this study is to investigate the adsorption characteristics granular activated carbon GAC/R-134a pair in temperature range 20–60°C and pressure up 10 bars. Dubinin–Astakhov equilibrium model fit experimental data with acceptable error limit. pressure–temperature–concentration (P–T–X) diagram also presented. isosteric heat R-134a on AC has been calculated using Clausius–Clapeyron equation as a function capacity. maximum capacity was found be 1.92 kgR134a/kgcarbon at 20°C after 1200 s. results shows that increase transfer area improves per kg adsorber, which lead design finned tubes exchanger unit.
