摘要: Herpesviruses have been identified in many species; however, relatively few bat herpesvirus are known, considering the enormous diversity of bats. We used consensus PCR to test bats from Republic Congo and found DNA two different novel herpesviruses. One was detected a Pipistrellus nanulus, other Triaenops persicus both resemble gammaherpesviruses. On amino acid level, amplified sequences differ by 55% each other, 27% 25% next closest known viruses. The findings point towards herpesviruses Central African
