摘要: Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease affecting the exocrine glands; it thought to result from T-cell-mediated damage. In labial glands of 20 patients with syndrome, infiltrating T cells were immunohistochemically characterized, and T-cell receptor (TCR) gene expression was examined a method based on polymerase chain reaction. Most these lymphocytes expressed CD3, CD4, CD45RO, TCR alpha beta, whereas less than 5% them CD25 CD69. The V beta genes in peripheral blood mononuclear diverse, repertoires more restricted but still heterogeneous. predominantly used families glands, when compared those cells, found vary individual also differ patient patient. Thus population polyclonal showed pattern that seen cells.
