摘要: Tick-transmitted Thogoto and Dhori viruses share structural genetic properties with the influenza viruses. Here, we compare different steps of their replication cycle in mammalian cells comparison A virus. Viral antigens both accumulated nuclei infected cells, suggesting a nuclear phase viral replication. Furthermore, as observed viruses, transcription was inhibited by α-amanitin actinomycin D, dependence on cellular RNA polymerase II activity. In contrast to virus infection did not lead down-regulation protein synthesis indicating marked differences regarding fate cells.
