摘要: Hepatic hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors of liver, often asymptomatic and discovered incidentally. A 62-year-old woman was referred to our Institution under suspicion having an 8 cm-sized GIST. Due atypical features lesion on TC scan, a biopsy performed. We report case pedunculated hepatic hemangioma with aim discuss diagnostic approach, possible causes misdiagnosis opportunity laparoscopic approach.
