摘要: AbstractThe objective of the present investigation was to prepare and evaluate nanolipobeads which permit targeting drugs H. Pylori potentially used for treatment gastric ulcer. For this polyvinyl alcohol nanoparticles were prepared by freeze thaw cyclizing method surface acylation done treating with (1M) palmitoyl chloride in hexane followed addition 0.1 N NaOH induce adjusting pH below 6.5. Finally, synthesis carried out combining equal parts suspension acylated poly vinyl (PVA-NPs) AMOX encapsulated PE liposomes suspension.
