摘要: Phase One of the International Study Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (ISAAC) has reported prevalence asthma, rhinitis eczema symptoms children. In 99 centres from 40 countries, a total just under 317,000 13–14-yr-old children also completed video questionnaire, showing signs asthma. This first sequence been compared to ISAAC written question asking about current wheezing explore variations agreement contribution each questionnaire between centres, by region language groups. In general, responses gave lower than were closely correlated. The overall proportion was high, mean 0.89, but unbalanced, with good negative poor positive agreement. Chance corrected using Cohen's kappa coefficient, generally low, only 20 >0.4. varied suggests that questions are variably understood interpreted 13–14 yr olds. International comparisons its audiovisual presentation suggest adolescents interpret differently this interpretation shows variation centres. relationship both requires further study order better predict
