摘要: ABSTRACTPolyphenol oxidase properties and anti-xanthine oxidase, anti-urease, antioxidant activity were investigated in Pyrus elaeagnifolia subsp. Pallas harvested from Antalya, Turkey. Optimum pH temperature 7.0 30°C, respectively. Selected kinetic of polyphenol was evaluated.The Km Vmax-values, using 4-methylcatechol as substrate, calculated 3.57 mM 4781 U/mg protein, IC50-values ranged 0.0036 to 4.0231 against sodium metabisulphite, ascorbic acid, azide, benzoic while acid the strongest inhibitor. Aquatic extracts sample exhibited strong capacity substantial xanthine urease inhibition, with 10.75 ± 0.11 0.97 0.03 mg/mL,
