摘要: Abstract In this work, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) protected silver grass-like nanostructure (PVA–Ag–GNS) with near infrared surface-enhanced Raman scattering (NIR-SERS) activity was prepared and employed to detect DNA bases. The PVA–Ag–GNS demonstrated high NIR-SERS good optical reproducibility in the detection of adsorbates such as case crystal violet, By using tested molecule thymine, shows a enhancement factor (EF) ∼108. For molecules, signals from bases guanine (630 cm−1) adenine (720 cm−1) are greatly enhanced. molecules detection, (630 cm−1), cytosine (1010 cm−1) experimental results show that spectrum is dominated by mode, which followed modes, respectively. Meanwhile, signal intensities increase order thymine (T)
