摘要: Nanolipoplexes have emerged worldwide as the most prevalent synthetic gene delivery system. Nowadays, it is accepted that complete DNA protection and a precise control of physical attributes emerging complexes are major steps toward rational design efficient nanocarriers. Here we revise mechanism adsorption to cationic membranes lipid nanovectors. show both DNA-binding ability one-dimensional packing density inside complex depend on lipid/anionic charge ratio. Remarkably, these distributions rescaled universal curves when plotted against γ, dimensionless quantity expressing ratio between area occupied by molecules. As result, condensation surface nanocarriers can be regarded two-step process. Our findings indicate successful way next-generation drug
