摘要: A lumped parameter model of the human foetal circulation primarily based on blood velocity data derived from Doppler analysis was developed in this study. It consists two major parts, heart and vascular circulation. The accounts for both ventricular atrial contractility. divided into 19 compliant compartments order to describe all clinically monitored sites. parameters refer final gestation period were either literature sheep or anatomical dimension monitoring foetus. No control mechanism is incorporated model. validated by comparing several index values simulated curves those experimental waveforms. mean maximum percentual errors estimation results are 7.7% 20.1%, respectively. Velocity pressure tracings investigated, as well regional flow rate distribution.
