摘要: The uptake in monocytes of monodispersed latex microbeads precoated with whole bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) cells, Mycobacterium tuberculosis sonicate or culture fluid, antigen (Ag) from the fluid was examined by microscopy. There a significantly higher cell association beads coated BCG secreted 85C component Ag 85 complex M. than phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)-treated control beads. Antibodies (Ab) to inhibited BCG- and 85C-treated A monoclonal antibody (mAb) complement receptor type 3 (CR3), but not mAb CR1, 85C-coated beads, indicating that mycobacterial Ag-dependent particles mediated via CR3 on monocytes. This points existence ligand which may promote monocyte bovis, tuberculosis.
