摘要: Trauma to the spinal cord is associated with problems of sensory and motor disturbances along abnormalities reflex activities (Faden, 1987; Tator Fehlings, 1991 ; Faden Salzman, 1992; Faden, 1993a; Schwab Bartholdi, 1996). The prevalence injury about 30 50 cases per million population year in United States America which quite comparable Europe other continents (Tator Edmonds, 1979; 1996) (Table 1). victims trauma are mainly young men their early 20 years age only 30% involves women. major cause vehicle accidents followed by fall, penetrating injuries like gun shot, knife wounds or sports 1991; Schwab, cervical thoracolumbar junctions mostly affected following such (Kakulas, 1984; Kakulas Taylor, 1991). About half patients have complete without any signs voluntary perception below level lesion (Schwab symptoms includes quadruplegia that paralysis upper lower extremities paraplegia involving extremity. leading causes multiple sclerosis, ischemia tumours Ducker, 1976).
