摘要: Bone fusion represents a challenge in the orthopedics practice, being especially indicated for spine disorders. Spinal can be defined as bony union between two vertebral bodies obtained through surgical introduction of an osteoconductive, osteoinductive, and osteogenic compound. Autogenous bone graft provides all these three qualities is considered gold standard. However, high morbidity associated with harvest procedure. Intensive research efforts have been spent during last decades to develop new approaches technologies successful fusion. In recent years, cell gene therapies attracted great interest from scientific community. The improved knowledge both mesenchymal stem biology molecules allowed their use regenerative medicine, representing attractive achieve regeneration also spinal surgery applications. this review we aim describe developing gene- cell-based promising future trends
