摘要: Regulatory T cells play an important role in the maintenance of immunological self-tolerance by suppressing immune responses against autoimmune diseases and cancer. Little is known, however, about nature physiological target antigens for CD4(+) regulatory (Treg) cells. Here we report identification LAGE1 protein as a ligand tumor-specific Treg cell clones generated from tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) cancer patients. Phenotypic functional analyses demonstrated that they were antigen-specific expressing CD25 GITR molecules possessing suppressive activity on proliferative response naive to anti-CD3 antibody stimulation. Ligand-specific activation cell-cell contact required TIL102 exert effector These findings suggest presence at tumor sites may have profound effect inhibition
