摘要: Abstract Objective: to explore the maternity care experiences of a sample lesbians in UK order evaluate service delivery this group. Design: descriptive study, using both qualitative and quantitative survey methods elicit ‘rich' accounts women's experiences. Participants: convenience 50 women, reporting on total 65 pregnancies. Findings: while participants were generally appreciative they received, also reported high levels anxiety about implications disclosure, together with acute awareness midwives' personal attitudes prejudices.
