摘要: Tissue engineering allows the design of functionally active cells within supportive bio-scaffolds to promote development new tissues such as cartilage and bone for restoration pathologically altered tissues. However, all tissue applications are limited by a shortage stem cells. The adult marrow stroma contains subset nonhematopoietic referred mesenchymal (BMSCs). BMSCs interest because they easily isolated from small aspirate readily generate single-cell-derived colonies. These have capacity undergo extensive replication in an undifferentiated state ex vivo. In addition, potential develop either vitro or vivo into distinct tissues, including bone, cartilage, fat, tendon, muscle, stroma. Thus, attractive cell source approaches. not homogeneous quantity decreases aged population. A sequential loss lineage differentiation has been found mixed culture stromal due heterogenous Therefore, number studies proposed that homogenous can be generated clonal BMSC clones greatest application regeneration
