摘要: A series of stromal cell lines derived from mouse bone marrow, representing subpopulations putative types, were examined for the expression osteoblastic properties. The effects dexamethasone and specific inhibitors on alkaline phosphatase activity, cAMP response to bone-seeking hormones, ability mineralize extracellular matrixin vitro as well collagen typing used markers. We found that all types posses some features but differ in degree expression. data provide support hypothesis a common stem marrow cells.
