摘要: The invention comprises a multi-color, comparative hybridization assay method using an array of nucleic acid target elements attached to solid support for the simultaneous detection both gene expression and chromosomal abnormalities in tissue sample. employs mRNA or cDNA sample labeled first fluorescent color, DNA second at least one reference third array. color presence intensity each two are detected ratios (i) colors (ii) determined. Gene thus simultaneously detected.
