摘要: Studies on the collagen system of human myocardium are still limited compared to those small laboratory animals. The aim this work was observe tissue heart as a function age. types collagen, well density and diameter fibrils, were examined. Fragments left ventricular wall from 15 hearts, 5 children, young adults, elderly individuals, analyzed by using Picrosirius-polarization method transmission electron microscopy (TEM). results showed presence type III I, both in endomysium perimysium 3 groups studied. Measurements content myocardial displayed that endomysial perimysial increase number thickness adult elderly. These histochemical coincided with observations obtained microscope showing an fibrils large hearts. present cardiac may be important for assessing pathogenesis several cardiopathies hearts
