摘要: The chondroitin sulphate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4), also known as high molecular weight-melanoma associated antigen (HMWMAA), is a tumor-associated that expressed in more than 85% of surgically removed melanoma lesions but has restricted distribution normal tissues. diagnostic and therapeutic value CSPG4 drives need for sensitive low-cost detection approaches.
