摘要: The dietary consumption of soy protein has been linked to a reduction in coronary heart disease and improvements number related risk factors. Recent investigations have focused on isoflavone components protein. purpose this study was examine plasma lipids lipoproteins, particularly LDL, with the intake intact or casein-lactalbumin diets without semipurified extract soy, rich isoflavones. Sixty ovariectomized cynomolgus monkeys were assigned one three groups fed containing following: 1) as source (CAS; n = 20); 2) CAS plus isoflavones (ISO; 3) (SOY; 20) for 12 wk. Lipoproteins fractionated by combined ultracentrifugation HPLC. Isolated LDL particles further subfractionated dividing peak into fractions compositional analyses. SOY group had significantly lower total cholesterol, VLDL IDL cholesterol less HDL than group. from cholesteryl ester isoflavones, added did not same effects lipoproteins. Other protein, either alone combination may be involved seen study.
