摘要: Abstract It has been widely agreed that entrepreneurship leads to firms’ success. SMEs have given high priority in Malaysia and identified as one of the engines economic growth drive toward NEM (New Economic Model) transformation. This research highlights implementation Strategic Reactiveness (SR) Entrepreneurial Management (EM) tendencies sector within states Malacca Johor Malaysia. considers strategy-related variables are competitively aggressive adaptive. planning allows organizations anticipate changes create strategic options for those changes. is commonly perceived SR will a positive relationship with EM. Respondents this include CEOs, owner-managers entrepreneurs. The obtained data from questionnaires analyzed through SPSS statistical packaged software. Data collected 178 entrepreneurs indicates 30.4% impact related entrepreneur's organizational potential.
