摘要: Abstract A quadratic time network algorithm is provided for computing an exact confidence interval the common odds ratio in several 2×2 independent contingency tables. The shown to be a considerable improvement on existing developed by Thomas (1975), which relies exhaustive enumeration. Problems that would formerly have consumed CPU hours can now solved few seconds. easily handle sparse data sets where asymptotic results are suspect. approach, based, also powerful tool statistical inference other settings.
