摘要: A simple sequential injection method for the determination of ammonium with conductometric detection is described. The sample and alkaline solution are sequentially aspirated into a single tubular channel mixed by flow reversal. formed ammonia permeates through gas permeable membrane collected on static acceptor solution. change in conductance related to concentration ions sample. use reversal influence residence time preconcentration studied. limit can be lowered from 1.5mg L−1 0.1 mg if successive used. relative standard deviation lower than 3%.
