Potentiometric and conductometric determination of ammonium by gas-diffusion flow injection analysis

摘要: Considerable enhancement of selectivity in the potentiometric and conductometric determination ammonium is provided by gas-diffusion separation flow injection analysis. Ammonium potassium selective liquid membrane electrodes can be used for determinations concentration range 10−7–10−2 mol/l with high precision fast sample throughput. No interferences are encountered presence ionic species molecules that likely adsorb when sensors direct contact sample. The over volatile amines enhanced due to kinetic discrimination. Conductometric detection shown as sensitive detection. A major advantage, however, linear rather than logarithmic relationship between conductivity.
