摘要: Abstract OBJECTIVE: Our objective was to examine changes in CD4 + and CD8 cell levels during pregnancy post partum determine whether they differ for human immunodeficiency virus-1–seropositive seronegative women. STUDY DESIGN: A total of 192 virus-1 – seropositive 148 women enrolled a study mother-to-child transmission who had at least two lymphocyte subset measurements performed or were included this analysis. Mixed effects repeated-measures models developed period. RESULTS: Consistent with prior reports that decline return normal partum, percent increased between the third trimester 12 months among virus (1.98%, p = 0.04). However, declined steadily (−1.57%, 0.02 partum; −2.65%, 0.0004 2 24 partum). The near delivery baseline 6 both women, although only declines statistically significant groups (−2.66%, 0.004; −2.02%, 0.02, respectively). CONCLUSIONS: - indicating disease continues progress These findings may have important clinical implications infected uninfected pregnant (AM J OBSTET GYNECOL 1996;174:1461-8.)
