摘要: Les graines d'epicea appartiennent a la categorie des dites orthodoxes parce qu'elles peuvent etre deshydratees jusqu'a une faible teneur en eau et conservees sans dommage basse temperature. Nous presentons ici les resultats tests de germination observations sur le developpement semis apres stockage pendant 29 ans, -5 -6 °C 17 puis -3 12 ans. La cryoconservation dans l'azote liquide (-196 °C), methode alternative graines, aussi ete etudiee. Avant leur cryoconservation, ont 3 % ou 6 %. Apres 2 ans liquide, deroulement ne different pas ceux fraichement extraites non stockees ni .
