Mobilities of charge carriers generated by corona discharge in low temperature helium gas

摘要: Describes a new method of apparent mobility measurement in space charge flow field generated by corona discharge. The positive helium ion at cryogenic temperatures down to 4.2 K is newly measured and the results obtained agree well with theoretical values for atomic He+. negative carriers also 4.3 K. suggest transition from free electron electronic bubble dense gas support discharge mechanism pulse which an has same effect as electronegative gas.
