摘要: Summary The formation of eleven hairy root lines Paulownia tomentosa was induced by infection stem segments with strains Agrobacterium rhizogenes LBA 9402 and A4. transformation frequency dependent on the age expiant. Hairy cultures grew rapidly characteristic high degree lateral branching in hormone-free Woody Plant liquid medium. Production verbascoside roots under culture conditions demonstrated. Depending line used, level varied from 1.7 to 8% dry weight. Enhancement production attempted using various basal media, like Murashige Skoog (MS), Gamborg (B5) (WP) as well half-strength MS, B5 WP media. Experiments one most productive (PT-3) showed that maximum yield achieved Gamborg's Under these transformed had a content amounting 9.5% weight (more than 1 g/L culture). amount approximately doubled compared 4.5-month-old-plants.
