摘要: A method and measurement results are presented for the determination of reflectivity butt-joint active-passive interfaces in a series extended cavity Fabry-Pe/spl acute/rot lasers. The is based on analysis subthreshold laser spectra. small reflections at two intracavity modify mode structure laser. By fitting calculated to recorded data, values reflectivities extracted. An average value 9.10/sup -5/ has been determined. those relevant photonic integrated circuits particularly mode-locked
