摘要: PRIMARY carcinoma of the trachea is a rarity. The tumour not even mentioned in some textbooks pathology (Anderson, 1953; Ewing, 1942; Liebow, 1952 ) and receives only passing reference others (Rewelt, 1963; Willis, 196o ). This reflection fact that kind "no-man's land", lying below main field interest laryngologist, above thoracic surgeon physician. So far about 200 cases primary have been recorded. paper reviews clinical features, including advances made surgical treatment condition during recent years, discusses histological classification tracheal carcinomas.
