摘要: The effect of pH on the build-up polyelectrolyte multilayers, PEMs, composed by poly-L-lysine and heparin onto two different substrates, silica gold, has been studied means ellipsometry quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation, QCM-D. Ellipsometry results indicate that dry mass grows exponentially number layers, this amount is larger as values are raised. From QCM-D data viscoelastic properties multilayered structure have obtained. These reflect PEMs become more increased for while gold highest behavior obtained at neutral elastic becomes dominant further or decreased. By combining these surface techniques it also possible to determine solvent content in multilayers reach a deeper understanding internal structure.
