摘要: A comprehensive gene-based map of a genome is powerful tool for genetic studies and especially useful the positional cloning candidate approaches. The availability gene maps multiple organisms provides foundation detailed conserved-orthology showing correspondence between conserved genomic segments. These make it possible to use cross-species information in hunts shed light on evolutionary forces that shape genome. Here we report radiation hybrid mouse genes, combined project Whitehead Institute/Massachusetts Institute Technology Center Genome Research, Medical Research Council UK Mouse Centre, National Biotechnology Information. contains 11,109 screened against T31 RH panel positioned relative reference containing 2,280 markers. It includes 3,658 genes homologous human sequence framework overlaying sequencing
