摘要: We review recent work on large-scale landslide research that has been carrying out by the State Key Laboratory of Geohazard Prevention and Geoenvironment Protection, SKLGP. Based intensive field investigations landslides, several failure modes gravitational earthquake-induced landslides were proposed, which are widely applied in hazard assessment mitigation China. For (including rainfall-induced ones), a locking-section resists deformation commonly observed many cases. The under natural or human forces often causes sudden whole slope, producing high-speed landslides. Another mechanism “toppling” is not new term, but deep-seated toppling failures have rarely studied. slopes composed anti-inclined lamellar weak strata weak-hard rock intercalated characterized this type failure. degree stability closed related to strength thickness strata. may experience large flexible bending deformations only occurs when accumulates certain critical value.
