摘要: Benefit-cost analyses are required for proposed flood alleviation and sea defense schemes in the United Kingdom. However, generally impacts such as stress, worry evacuation have been left ‘intangibles’. Economic theory predicts that avoidance of is a real benefit alleviation. But only those which there exist value concensus to bases their measurement can be included within framework economic efficiency benefit-cost analyses.
