摘要: Functionally active complement system and regulatory proteins are present in the normal human rodent eye. Complement activation its regulation by ocular contribute to pathology of various diseases including keratitis, uveitis age-related macular degeneration. Furthermore, a strong relationship between degeneration polymorphism genes certain components/complement is now well established. Recombinant forms naturally occurring have been exploited animal models for treatment these diseases. It hoped that future recombinant will be used as novel therapeutic agents clinic uveitis,
