摘要: In the Middle Miocene deposits of Central Paratethys, lingulides, because their low taphonomic potential, are very rare and difficult to identify. Two species Lingula, L. dumortieri Nyst, 1843 dregeri Andreae, 1893, have been recorded from Badenian (Middle Miocene) Po− land. Re−examination specimens has shown that none them can be referred Lingula (now Glottidia dumortieri). The rounded outline scar posterior adductor muscle lack septa indicate all must genus Lingula. Their valves appear slightly more convex than in other spe− cies closely resemble Recent tumidula Reeve, 1841. We assign found Poland dregeri. Because our juveniles some broken we cannot adequately redescribe this species. was distributed Paratethys (Austria, land, Ukraine, Romania), while occurs Pliocene Northern Europe (Atlantic Province).
