摘要: Objective and subjective tests for quality were performed on the meat from 40 cryptorchid second-cross lambs fed lucerne only (L; n = 8), plus an oat grain supplement ad libitum (LO; lo), wilted silage (LS; 11), or oat-lupin (3:1) at 90% of while grazing dry summer annual pasture (OL; 11). All carcasses complied with Elite lamb specification weight >22 kg GR measurement 6-15 mm. There was no significant difference between groups hot carcass weight, mean (¦ s.e) values being 25.1 0.43, 25.2 ¦ 0.36,25.2 0.38, 25.3 0.36 L, LS, LO, OL groups, respectively. Because many producers use supplements such as oats lupins finishing forages, further study recommended focuses interaction base forage.
