Relationship of specific gravity to sugar accumulation in stored Norgold and Russet Burbank potatoes

摘要: Studies were made on the influence of growing season and low fertility reducing sugar accumulation in storage stem bud portions Russet Burbank Norgold potatoes separated into different specific gravity groups. The portion had a significantly intercept slope regression line (between accumulation) than same tubers indicating higher as well differences behavior to amount accumulated at levels. No significant difference content or levels was obtained between Russet. Growing did not cause total lines within Burbank. Low level resulted compared adequate there also trend toward less lower level. tended be more variable from year wider high potatoes.
