摘要: The tachinid Exorista larvarum (L.) was developed in vitro from egg to adult using absorbent cotton replacement of more expensive agar as a physical support the artificial medium. Puparial yields and emergence did not differ significantly between agar-containing absorbed diets. heaviest puparia (mg 66-69 for males 59-60 females) were obtained when 15 mg used absorb 0.4 ml diet. With this ratio mass volume liquid, puparial reached high 61% over 92% emerged adults. Subsequently comparison made rearing procedure conducted or out laminar flow hood with diet devoid antifungal agents. When no significant increase mould contamination decrease occurred. weights male lighter than reared hood. Both female however weighed those previously cultured vivo monoparasitized G. mellonella larvae.
