摘要: Abstract A microchemical technique was used to measure the activities of twelve key enzymes glucose catabolism in granulation tissue wounds healing by second intention. The glycolytic exhibited a prominent increase during first eight days wound healing, with phosphofructokinase increasing times normal. enzymatic reactions pentose phosphate shunt and Krebs cycle were not increased as markedly those glycolysis. Glutamate dehydrogenase β-hydroxybutyryl CoA also significant increases healing.
