摘要: Summary Introduction Pediatric urological surgeons recognize the importance of formalizing assessment outcomes after hypospadias repair. To this end, surgical may be predicted by correlation with a summative score objective assessments (Likert 1–4) each: glans size, urethra plate appearance, meatus position, and extent shaft chordee (GUMS). The best outcome will found in cases lowest (GUMS = 4) worst highest (GUMS = 16). Objective We aimed to determine if e-learning is suitable for training GUMS method. did re-formatting method penis into an platform. Re-formatting was done using CEVL (Computer Enhanced Visual Learning) context. Methods A total 49 provided content following groups: learn basics (4 cases), scoring samples (16 examples practice (15 self-test (10 cases). formatted, edited (Adobe), imported interactive use (Articulate Storyline). Various frequently asked questions on how are also presented. Results survey respondents were pediatric urology attendings or fellows (60%) residents (40%). E-learning under 40 min before completion survey. Over 80% agreed/strongly agreed utility platform learning Respondents assigned scores and, average, exactly same each component 63% time. chose consensus score, next most common 90% Conclusion show that effective tool, which requires minimal time investment, teaching scoring. believe good promote uniform clinical practices research resident training.
