摘要: Purpose: Residency programs must continue to restructure teaching and assessment of surgical skills improve the documentation Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education competencies. To documenting resident performance we developed a computer enhanced visual learning method that includes curriculum administrative reports. The consists 1) study step-by-step tutorial visuals show specific skills, 2) checklist tool objectively assess 3) log postoperative feedback is used structure deliberate practice.
