摘要: Abstract In this study, size and shape controlled biogenic synthesis of gold nanoparticles their antibacterial activity against food borne bacterial pathogens were investigated. Synthesis was carried out using two medicinally important plants Cucurbita pepo Malva crispa the by altering various parameters in reaction medium. Results obtained from UV–Vis, FE-SEM, EDS HR-TEM analyses supported formation. FT-IR analysis confirmed presence biomolecules plant leaves extracts responsible for reducing capping agents. Interestingly, extract synthesized showed effective inhibition zone Gram-positive Gram-negative pathogens. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) at 400 μg/ml Escherichia coli Listeria monocytogenes. Conductivity medium continuously increased during treatment with resulting indirect indication disruption cell membranes. addition, mode interactions demonstrated Bio-TEM which is clear evident
