摘要: According to several studies, the amount of subarachnoid blood on initial computed tomogram patients with aneurysmal hemorrhage has predictive value respect infarction and outcome. Of methods for assessing blood, none been subjected a study interobserver agreement. We describe our own method, applied in previous which amounts 10 basal cisterns fissures four ventricles are graded separately. In grading single tomograms 182 consecutive hemorrhage, agreement between pairs three observers, studied kappa statistics, was relatively good individual or (kappa 0.35 0.65) 0.47 0.74). The Spearman rank correlation coefficients sum scores intraventricular were very high. Summed extravasated suitable as baseline variable follow-up studies hemorrhage.
