A scoping review of the implementation of health in all policies at the local level.

摘要: Abstract Objectives Health in All Policies (HiAP) is an approach to public policies across sectors that systematically takes into account the health implications of decisions, seeks synergies, and avoids harmful impacts order improve population equity. HiAP implementation can involve engagement from multiple levels government; however, factors contributing or hindering at local level are largely unexplored. Local defined as city municipal level, wherein government uniquely positioned provide leadership for where many social determinants operate. This paper presents results a scoping review on implementation. Methods Peer reviewed articles grey literature were searched using Arksey O’Malley framework. Characteristics then categorized, tallied described. Results 23 scholarly four documents identified, ranging publication year 2002 2016 originating 14 countries primarily North America Europe. A wide range themes emerged relating locally including: funding, shared vision, national leadership, ownership accountability, dedicated staff, Impact Assessment, indicators. Conclusion Common found regarding locally. However, better clarify these contribute theory development implementation, further research needed specifically investigates facilitators barriers within their political policy context.
